Format-Conditional-Condition submenu is not translated. Saw with German and French UI in Lo 24.8+. Seems regression.

When I rebuilt LO, really German is fine, IDK what happened before. Julien, thanks, should you close this?
Sorry, now I see: submenu is translated to German, but when we click to some of these (Greater than, Less than), dialog is not fully translated. Also French.

I attached screenshot taken on pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today. I don't speak German but it looks like German. > Also French. Indeed, dialogs aren't translated.
