Description:
When we go to Tools / Autocorrect / Autocorrect options, 
it is not the active language (whose dictionary we have set as active),
but the last used dictionary... 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to Tools / Autocorrect / Autocorrect options
2. look which language is preselected in the dropdown menu
3.

Actual Results:
the default language or the last used one...

Expected Results:
the active language (whose dictionary is set for the current document)

NOTE: if there are 4 documents open...
the preselected language in the dropdown should be that of the current document...
