Alle andere Feldbefehle, wie z.B. auch Einfügen Datei, Datum, Uhrzeit ... fiefern ebenfalls falsche Werte zurück.

Please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode

There are no issues in Safe Mode.

Menu View > Field Names.

That is a toggle. Perhaps you have accidentally pressed Ctrl+F9 ?

If safe mode works, you can try https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile.

Anyway give a try first to what Regina proposed.

Regina has right- Field names (German version: Feldnamen) was tagged.
I really do not know, how I tagged this field, for sure accidentally.
