Description:
The release-notes page available at 
https://www.libreoffice.org/download/release-notes/

seems to be outdated, fresh and still versions don't refer to the same versions as the ones in the download page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect to https://www.libreoffice.org/download/release-notes/
2. Then connect to https://www.libreoffice.org/download/downlaod/


Actual Results:
Versions differ.
The release-notes page says fresh version is 7.6.4 and the still version is 7.5.9.

Expected Results:
The release note page should mention the 24.2.0 version as fresh and the 7.6.4 version as still.
