This meta bug is used to track aspects specific to the kf6 VCL plugin. See also meta bugs for qt6 (tdf#145734), qt5 (tdf#125943) and kf5 (tdf#102495).

Issues also reproducible with the qt6 VCL plugin should rather be set as blocking for the qt6 VCL plugin meta bug (tdf#145734), not this one.

Let's simplify this and use the qt6 meta bug (tdf#145734) for both, the qt6 and kf6 VCL plugins, as the kf6 one shares almost all code (except for file dialogs) with the qt6 one anyway.
