Situation 1
Insert image in document, select it, open properties, Options tab.
we have:
* Name
* Text Alternative
* Description
* Decorative.

Summary
Dialogs are

/swriter/ui/frmaddpage/
/cui/ui/objecttitledescdialog

Menu "Format - Alt Text" should be changed as well to "Format - Text Alternative".

"Alt text" has been deliberately chosen in bug 155044. The "Text alternative" was done by Seth for bug 148941.
