Created attachment 192722 [details] Screenshots of the problem Since 24.8 the width of the comment section is resizable. However, as soon as it is resized, the background is not repainted. Steps to reproduce 1) Create a blank Writer doc 2) Add some text, select it and then add a comment (Ctrl + Alt + C) 3) Now resize the comment section to make it wider 4) Notice that only the comment is resized; the gray area beneath it is not repainted 5) Now scroll down a bit; the background is repainted 6) Now make the comment section narrower 7) Even when scrolling, the gray area beneath it remains there See attached ODG with screenshots of the problem.
