Description: The snap guides are not displayed if they were set to be displayed at the front. I can toggle 'View' > 'Snap Guides' > 'Snap Guides to Front'. If the mark is set i can't see any lines, after unmark the lines were shown. I tested it with Arch Linux and Windows 11. Steps to Reproduce: 1. open Draw Document 2. place a snap guied from the ruler 3. toggle 'View' > 'Snap Guides' > 'Snap Guides to Front' Actual Results: Snap Guides is displayed or not Expected Results: Snap Guides should be shown; on a blank document every time. This regression was fixed by Regina in bug 156993. It will be available in 24.2.1.2 I believe. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 156993 ***
