Description: I just ran the installer for the latest 24.2.2 nightly build and it contains a virus. The file C:\Windows\Installer\MSI4BA4.tmp is infected with Gen:Variant.Ulise.405926. The threat has been successfully blocked, your device is safe. Actual Results: installer package contains a virus. Expected Results: installer package contains a virus. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: using Bitdefender Total Security
Where did you download the installer from exactly? This is most likely a false-positive that could be reported to Bitdefender.

Thanks, so you got it directly from TDF, which should be safe. It was built by this tinderbox: https://ci.libreoffice.org/computer/tb77/ We can assume it's a false positive and "not our bug", but please do report it to BitDefender. See also bug 145490. Cloph, out of interest: is there a way to verify daily MSIs, or is it only possible for releases?
