Open the file and try to print. Printview in Print Dialog doesen't show some controltypes.

Open the attached file in LO 24.2.
Go to Filed → Print.
In preview you could see: Check box, Radio Button and Combo Box aren't shown.
Print the content to file.
The controls are missing in the printed file.
All controls were created for this test with LO 24.2.1.2.
Bug doesn't appear in LO 7.6.4.1, appears first here in LO 24.2.0.3

My system: OpenSUSE 15.4 64bit rpm Linux.

I can't see the controls in File → Print.

It isn't a duplicate, because bug 159817 is about exporting a form to PDF. This bug is only about printing a form. The three fields aren't shown in a print.

This seems to have begun at the below commit in bibisect repository/OS XXXX.
