Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached document.
2. Select cell range B2:D313605, Sheet > Fill Cells > Fill Random Number, use the default Uniform distribution, click OK.
3. Save.

--> General Input/Output Error

The problem is gone after I reboot the system. Not sure what is going on - close for now.
