Description: In Linux libreoffice documents do not print emojis like 🔔 🙏 🪟 📦 🚪 🏓. whether I do it in impress, writer it does not show. when you convert the document to PDF it does not show, just like when you print the document in ODF. Same when you convert it to the windows format of docx. It does however print the document made in linux libre office when you transfer the document to a android phone or a windows desktop. but that defeats the purpose of the safety and privacy of linux. I had some comparable things that do not convert and print before but I think when this is fixed also those other problems will be resolved. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Post emojis in libre office writer 2.export to pdf, safe to docx or odf 3.print A4 to epson, brother or hp printer Actual Results: the PDF and A4 prints show the text and where the emojis are supposed to be are blanks Expected Results: prints and pdf include foreign emojis from Unicode 10.0, google´s Noto Color Emoji 15.1 and Mozilla - FxEmojis 1.7.9 Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: Ive had comparable problem for years, I even think I had this problem when I used libreoffice on windows. The solution is not only to include the code for the emojis in the libreoffice package but also to include similar overarching infrastructure microsoft word uses to produce PDF and connection with the printer

Do you have the Yrsa font installed? I don't and it falls back to some other font and exported PDF is fine. You are running an old version which does not have the fixes for bug 104403 and bug 121327. The only remaining special case would be bug 105488 "Support multi-colored fonts using SVG table". Arch Linux 64-bit, X11 Version: 24.2.0.3 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 420(Build:3) CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.7; UI render: default; VCL: kf5 (cairo+xcb) Locale: fi-FI (fi_FI.UTF-8); UI: en-US 24.2.0-1 Calc: threaded

It is the most recent available from the Linux Mint you use, but it's end of life was November 2022. You can quickly test a newer version as an appimage: https://www.libreoffice.org/download/appimage/
Reproduced in 7.3.0.3 and 7.4.0.3 However, not reproduced anymore since 7.5 with commit 77cce80bb56801acf22da2149bd597d0d7793e3b for bug 121327 (checked with linux-64-7.5 bibisect repository). As suggested, please update to 7.6 or 24.2. Thank you! *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 121327 ***
