Description: I need to add hyperlinks to jump around in the Draw document. However, I could only add hyperlinks to text, not images or icons. This reduces the attractiveness of the document. Will be great if this feature is available in Draw. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Insert an image 2. Click on the image 3. Insert a hyperlink, and follow the steps. Actual Results: After all the clicking, the hyperlink does not get created! Expected Results: Active hyperlink on that image object. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: None
It might work, if you save and reopen the document, see bug 156159. For an image you could also use an image button or an image map. To make the hyperlink stable in regard to insert/delete of pages, you should use a custom name for the target page.

Dear Regina, Many thanks for the tip on giving a custom name to the page! That helped tremendously! Will play with the image linking a bit more first. Thanks! HK
I can confirm that it still only works after a reload in a recent trunk build: Version: 24.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: f42363c51672a5b3685b0b9b11e932680530dce3 CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.5; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded Let's mark as duplicate of bug 156159, as that was the main issue here. Thank Regina for the tips! *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 156159 ***
