Description:
We have AutoCorrect toggle in Writer, it means we can disable or re-enable it there, but we don't have this toggle in Calc, Draw and Impress. Maybe add it to these components is a good idea.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click "Tools" on Toolbar
2. Check if we have AutoCorrect and its sub-menu

Actual Results:
We only have this toggle in Writer.

Expected Results:
We have this toggle in all components that have AutoCorrect feature.

This has been requested for Calc in bug 156020.
