Description:
Hey!

I filed a bug about this a month ago but my librooffice version wasn't up to date.
But in the end even after updating, the problem persists.

Basically, every shape in my calc document is sent up and just sticks right up there. I can move it left andf right but not up and down anymore.

If I create a new shape, it seems like it just disappears but I believe is just goes way up there in the document where we barely see it.

I had noticed it seems related to the height of the rows. When they are over 2cm high, it triggers the behaviour.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.new calc document
2.insert shape, textbox or image
3.ctrl+A
4.change row height to 2.5cm or more
5.Click and hold on the shape to move it a little

Actual Results:
The shape sticks right up there

Expected Results:
The shape goes wherever you leave it

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Also, try replacing step 5 with drawing a new shape (or text box or image). It just won't show up.

Also, in either of those cases, you can lower the row height until you can move and create shapes freely again.

Wow strange. For me it does it every time, I cannot use it anymore.
I'm at loss. If you have ideas on what I could do next, please let me know.

On Linux, I can reproduce with 7.3, but no longer in 7.4.

If you want to try without adding a PPA or upgrading your entire Ubuntu, you can use an appimage: https://www.libreoffice.org/download/appimage/
