Description: When using multiple monitors with different DPI scaling, dragging LibreOffice window to another monitor. The LibreOffice window cannot correctly resize and became blur. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set the monitors with different DPI scaling factors. 2. Open LibreOffice 3. Drag LibreOffice Window to another monitor. Actual Results: The elements in the window directly zoom in/out, and become blur. Expected Results: The elements in the window should scale clearly. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Tested on Windows 10 22H2
