sample html external file to link to

When i link to external data and the external file is an html file the colors are not correctly reproduced, e.g the wrong color is used in calc. I have attached a simple example called test.html which renders correctly in a browser like Firefox but the color information is messed up when 'link to external data' is used. I locally installed a previous version of LibreOffice (7.6.3.2) and it also has this problem so apparently its been this way for awhile
