Description: When saving a file for the first time, you cannot paste the desired filename from the clipboard into the filename space on the dialogue box, even if the field is empty. This is contrary to how previous versions of LibreOffice has worked (on macOS, at least). Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a new file and give it a single word title (Default Paragraph Style). 2. Highlight the middle letters of the title. 3. Copy those letters to the clipboard (Cmd-C). 4. Delete contents of the "Save As" box. 5. Place the cursor at the beginning of the "Save As" box. 6. Type "Cmd-V" to paste the contents of the clipboard into the "Save As" box. 7. Nothing happens. Actual Results: Save As box remains blank. Expected Results: Clipboard pasted to Save As. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: Version: 7.6.6.3 (AARCH64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: d97b2716a9a4a2ce1391dee1765565ea469b0ae7 CPU threads: 12; OS: Mac OS X 14.4.1; UI render: Skia/Metal; VCL: osx Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded MacBook Pro 16-inch, 2023 Apple M2 Max, 96GB macOS 14.4.1 (23E224)
I was unable to reproduce this behavior in Version: 24.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: a2265e8faa099d9652efd12392c2877c2df1d1eb CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: default; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: threaded or Version: 24.2.1.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: db4def46b0453cc22e2d0305797cf981b68ef5ac CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: default; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: threaded It's worth noting that I am on windows, however.
