Description: The options to change the contrast/brightness/transparency and/or image filters are deactivated if an inserted image is selected and the ribbon/tabbed user interface is used. This does not occur with the traditional user interface. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Launch Libreoffice Draw 2. Ensure Ribbon view is activated 3. Drag and drop an image (any image will work) 4. Open the properties panel. The controllers in the "image subsection" are deactivated. 5. In the menu, format/image/color is deactivated as well. If steps 1 to 5 are repeated with the traditional user interface (toolbar + menubar), the controls are active as expected. Created attachment 193775 [details] Screenshot If I have selected the same tabbed UI, they are available.
Created attachment 193783 [details] Grayed out items in my installation Weird, in my installation these options are grayed out. I have attached here an screenshot that shows that these options are not available when an image is clicked in tabbed view. In toolbar view it works as expected.
I think the issue is using a tabbed UI, please test changing to User interface Standard toolbar.
Created attachment 193786 [details] Standard Toolbar OK I have activated the toolbar view, restarted the program, and added a new image. This time, there are no problems, as shown in the attached printscreen.
