Description:
i have attached a sample file.

the file opens properly in word 2020, it contains restricted editing and 3 rich form controls that are under a password "test". 

i expect the file to work in the same system and render properly and only allow editing in the 3 rich text control fields and no where else but none of that is working

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open file in word. compare with attached pdf that was generated from word
2. open file in writer
3.

Actual Results:
1. layout not according to word sample
2. does not respect file editing restrictions.

Expected Results:
file should exhibit the following behaviour.
1. it should render same as in word. layout 
2. only rich controls should be editable 
3. should not be able to edit rest of file
4. missing font should be replaced with alternates at least
