On which Linux distrib are you? How did you install LO? From the repository of your distrib or from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/ ?
Hello, I use Fedora 40, LibreOffice came preinstalled on it. When it crashed I decided to reinstall it from official repositories via "dnf install libreoffice" command and it was still crashing.
Ok could you try https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps and if you still reproduce this try to retrieve a backtrace (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugReport/Debug_Information#GNU/Linux:_How_to_get_a_backtrace)
Created attachment 194359 [details] LibreOffice crash on help stack trace
I've tried resetting my user profile but it didn't help, I also believe I am using the latest version of the software. I've sent you a stack trace, hope it helps
Thank you for the new feedback and the backtrace. Taking a look at it, it seems a duplicate of tdf#161073 which has been fixed from next release version 24.2.4 If you still reproduce this once 24.2.4 will be released (according to https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleasePlan/24.2, it should be at the beginning of June), don't hesitate to reopen this bugtracker. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 161073 ***
