It's not possible 
to rotate or flip a text zone or a text frame, 
as to fold it in 2 or 4 parts 
to make a booklet???

- please test a version that is currently maintained, preferably 24.2
- instead of rotating objects on the page, it might be better to use the options in the Print dialog to create your booklet, e.g. the number of pages per sheet, and the Brochure option: https://help.libreoffice.org/24.2/en-US/text/swriter/guide/print_brochure.html
