On the Mac OS X Apple Silicon architecture version of LibreOffice, the "Title" document property is embedded in the document as a field, and when it is changed in the File | Properties | Description setting screen, it doesn't update in the main document. It also doesn't update if the "Update All" button is pressed on the menu bar, or if any combination of Select All followed by F9 / Fn-F9 / Shift-Fn-F9 / Shift-Control-Fn-F9 / Shift-Command-Fn-F9 are pressed. However, if the document is saved, and then re-opened again, the changed Title is now shown in that place in the document.
