Description:
That's about it, really.  Recent updates on both Windows 10 and LibreOffice.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Windows
2.Attempt to open document, or LibreOffice from start menu or shortcut
3.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens.  Windows' little blue thing rotates for a few seconds and then disappears.

Expected Results:
I'd like it to open my documents.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

This has only happened recently.

I'm not sure about the release number, 24.2 is all that shows on the shortcut and listing.

Could you uninstall LO and install last one 24.2.3 from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/ ?

Then you can try https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile
