I think works fine for me.

Please paste the information in Menu/Help/About LibreOffice, there is a copy icon.

Please attach screenshot of your option in Menu/File/Export/Export as PDF

Also, please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode

After a restart, it now works for me as well.

I'll try to figure out if I can reproduce it....
