Problem started before version 7.6.7
This can only be solved by a complete reinstallation or by selecting Fix installer from the menu.
The problem occurs on all PCs that have been updated with the distribution.
Deleting the user settings folder "AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4" does not solve the problem.
