They work fine for me. Maybe the only difference is that in the third slide the video starts immediately when opening the slide, no need to hit right arrow. (In reply to Buovjaga from comment #3) > They work fine for me. Maybe the only difference is that in the third slide > the video starts immediately when opening the slide, no need to hit right > arrow. yes, and this is a bug that I was just about to report: On a native impress file I have a slide with a picture and a video. I add a animation to the video, to fade in on click. However, the video starts immediately Version: 24.8.4.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 480(Build:2) CPU threads: 12; OS: Linux 6.12; UI render: default; VCL: kf6 (cairo+xcb) Locale: de-DE (de_DE.UTF-8); UI: de-DE Calc: threaded

Possible workarounds in https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/is-it-possible-to-play-a-video-on-click-in-an-impress-slideshow/1383
(In reply to Buovjaga from comment #3) > They work fine for me. Maybe the only difference is that in the third slide > the video starts immediately when opening the slide, no need to hit right > arrow. It's improved (thanks!) but not fixed. The movies on slide 1 and 2 start playing automatically, which is good. But the movie on slide 3 should not start playing until the animation is played (right arrow key is hit). This issue still persists. My comment 5 was not accurate, but now I found an older report for the remaining issue, so I'll close this as duplicate. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 42985 ***
