Description: When using Insert Rows Above, the formatting of the row above the selected row is applied to the inserted row. For example, if background color is applied to the row above the selected row, the new row will have that background color applied. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Right click a row number 2.Click "Insert Rows Above" Actual Results: Formatting of the cell in the row above the selected cell is applied to the newly created row. Expected Results: New row is created according to the default formatting settings of the document. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: This behavior is generally undesirable when using "Insert Rows Below" as well and should be removed there too.
