Description: When I load a document, it takes forever, and when I begin editing it, I keep getting the NO RESPOSE message. Is this a bug in the program, because it only started doing this the last couple weeks. I am presently doing a virus scan to see if I have picked up something. I intend to do a malwae scan when it is completed. Steps to Reproduce: see actual results below Actual Results: loaded program. it has become slower loading a document. It works fine until I need to correct a spelling error or replace a word. That is when I get the NO RESPONSE message, which can take up to several minutes to reboot itself, if that is what it is doing. Expected Results: Once I can use it again, it works slower but it works, until I need to edit something. Please attach a sample file, reduce the size as much as possible without private information, and paste the information in Menu/Help/About LibreOffice, there is a copy icon.
On top of m_a_riosv question, please let us know if the situation improved after the scans, and with the latest version (24.2.4 or above). You say "it only started doing this the last couple of weeks", please let us know if that's since an update of LibreOffice or unrelated. Thank you!
