Description:
On exporting an image to PNG, Draw forces APNG even if the type specified is PNG.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Attached file in Draw
2.Select image
3. Access File - Export, 
4. Select PNG as export
5. Check Selection checkbox
6. Click save, click OK on the resolution dialog

Actual Results:
The file is exported as APNG
Filetype is forced to .apng

Expected Results:
The file is exported as PNG with extension .png
