The example file in Word 2016 and in Writer master, print preview mode

This is a followup to bug 161521

When the attachment 194668 [details] is opened, it starts with an automatically inserted empty page.

1. Open attachment 194668 [details] 
2. Go to Print Preview
-> there is an empty first page, which may affect document layout, number of pages

In Word there is no such page.
