i have file microsoft office 2019 conditional format using persent
in microsoft office is working
but when i open in libreoffice, not working
after i save again (using libreoffice), close and open again the same file
conditional format is working

note :
if conditional format in excel using format numeric (like 0,1 for 10%)
in libreoffice is working
but if using format percent (like 10%) in libreoffice not working
