Do you use local hard disk/SSD or do you use a share network?

Also, please respond in English.

On which Windows version are they? Win10? Win11 ?
Do they have the last updates from Windows?
Do they use Windows x86-64 or ARM CPU?

Also, since 7.6.7 doesn't work, could they give a try to last LO version 24.2.4 ?

 - Windows 10 Pro
 - Yes
 - The libreoffice version is 32bit, because we use software that is only compatible with the 32bit Libreoffice's version.

To keep on the investigation, a backtrace would be useful, see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugReport/Debug_Information#Windows:_How_to_get_a_backtrace

Do you think you may provide one?

I'm sorry, but in this case I prefer to wait for an update, because I don't have time to perform this debugging task

Ok so you can try 24.2.4 but don't expect much.
