Description bugsgalore.zftd1 2024-06-19 14:50:10 UTC
Hello,

Here is the problem described:

If I go to File > Recent Documents > Clear List, it will clear the list but NOT remove the documents from displaying in the app expose (by default three fingers swipe down on the mac trackpad, shows all open windows including recently opened files).

With other applications, there is typically similar functionality that allows you to clear recents, but with LibreOffice the recent documents still persist in the app expose, rendering it much less user-friendly. This appears to be a bug, or is there another way to clear the recent files in the app expose, or is there a way to prevent recent files from showing in the app expose at all?

Thanks

This can't be done automatically for practical reasons. In the Start Center, click the hamburger menu in the top right and select Clear Unavailable Files.
