Description:
After LibreOffice crashes, footnotes are no longer appearing in printed documents. This issue occurs consistently after attempting to open the Print dialog and clicking the 'Options' tab.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open LibreOffice Writer.
Create a document with several footnotes.
Attempt to print the document.
In the Print dialog, click on the 'Options' tab.
Close the Print dialog.

Actual Results:
After closing the Print dialog, footnotes disappear from the document when it is printed. This occurs consistently following a crash of LibreOffice.

Expected Results:
Footnotes should remain visible and correctly printed in the document after using the Print dialog
