Since new version (24.xx) in settings the checkbox for moving mouse to default button is no longer available. I had installed an older version (7.xx) where i activeted this checkbox. so this is still valid. For a complete new installation it does not work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open extras - options
2.open libreoffice - view (german "Ansicht")
3.no check box for default button as in earlier versions

Actual Results:
more complicated handling

Expected Results:
easier handling

Reproducible: Always

It was removed deliberately from the UI, because operating systems normally provide this feature. See the discussion in bug 147469

Can you try this and let us know, if you're happy with Windows's own feature:

Comment 3 recke22 2024-06-20 12:24:24 UTC
feature provided by operating system does not support this in libreoffice.
this os feature is active on all my notebooks but nevertheless in libreoffice mouse pointer does not move to default button.
no solution.
