Description: Was using an older version 7.5 of Libre and thought that I hadn't checked for an update in a while so I did and saw either v24.2.4 or v7.6.7. Originally opted to try using the new and shiny only to be met with this issue. Writer freezes up when clicking on the anything in the menu bar. Has to be force closed by ending the task. Needed to uninstall and opt for using v7.6.7 instead of v24.2.4 from the downloads page. According to the options in the drop down menu below I can only select "Windows (ALL)" But I am on Windows 11 Pro 23H2 build 22631.3737 if you feel you need that. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install LibreOffice v24.2.4. 2.Open Writer. 3.Click on any of the menu bar options (File, Tools, Help, etc.) Actual Results: The program completely freezes up and you have to force shut it down by killing it's process. Expected Results: It shouldn't freeze up and should just open the any of the menu bar menus so I can do things like file > export to export PDFs Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Version: 24.2.4.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 51a6219feb6075d9a4c46691dcfe0cd9c4fff3c2 CPU threads: 16; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 22631; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded

I still wonder if there could be differences between Windows versions that can cause such a thing, maybe specifically an issue in Windows 11 since it looks like you are using a build of Windows 10 from 2022. I have noticed however that I can still manage to get it to freeze up on the older version 7.6.7 if when I open the "File" menu and specifically hover my mouse over the "send" sub menu. The moment my cursor touches it, the program freezes up, however, it recovers after about 30 seconds and then it works fine and I can even open that sub menu popout just fine without it doing it. Definitely something weird going on. As a further note, I've used RevoUninstaller to completely remove the software and all related files and registry entries then rebooted and installed again just to make sure there wasn't something corrupted and the issues still persist. Would like to be able to get further testing and confirmation on other Windows 11 installations to see if perhaps it's something related to Windows 11.
