Description: When using LibreOffice Calc version 24.2.4.2, the application freezes every time I attempt to cut content, even with empty cells in a new document. This issue persists in safe mode and does not occur in other LibreOffice applications. Copy and paste operations within LibreOffice documents remain functional. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open LibreOffice Calc in safe mode 2. Create a new, empty spreadsheet 3. Try to cut any cell (even an empty one) 4. Observe that the application freezes Expected Result: Cut operations should work smoothly without freezing the application. Actual Result: LibreOffice Calc freezes and becomes unresponsive when attempting to cut. It's not a backtrace but you can try https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugReport/Debug_Information#Windows:_How_to_get_a_backtrace if you feel like.
Have you tested disabling 'Clipboard history' on the system. If it doesn't work, please test using the repair option in the system for the application, to the right of it on 'Add and remove programs'
I’ve cleared clipboard history. It had no effect. However, I’ve figured out how to fix it. This only affects current build. I installed 1 version prior and had no issues. Updated to newest version, issue occurred every time EXCEPT when I opened Libreoffice as administrator (right click context menu). I ran as admin, new spreadsheet and existing spreadsheets on my system…cut and paste worked like a charm. Ran Libreoffice under account privileges (no run as administrator)…cutting any cell (full or empty) again application locked up. Hope this helps Jim Palasty

If that's the case, it would be very helpful to see if you can pinpoint the commit that caused it with a bibisection: https://bibisect.libreoffice.org/ Please also paste here the info copied from Help > About LibreOffice.
(In reply to Jim Palasty "The Burton Nerd" from comment #4) > I’ve cleared clipboard history. It had no effect. Instead of clearing the clipboard history, please close LO, disable the clipboard history/manager completely (i.e. set it to OFF) and then restart LO and test again. Is the freeze also seen in that condition?
