LibreOffice 7.4.7.2 went EOL over a year ago. Meanwhile substantial rework of os/DE theme handling impacting icon themes used for button icons, including the VCL gen backend that Xfce would use. Current release is 24.2.4, with 24.8.0 in late beta release. Please check your Linux distributions repo and update to the 24.2 release and retest.
