Author info is only visible in the hovering popup

Currently the note author information is only visible in hover mode. This can be inconvenient in enterprise settings where users are accustomed to seeing this info always in Excel.

Now that displaying it is optional (see bug #156885), it would make sense to make authorship info more visible in case the View - Comments option is set.

1. In Calc - Options - View, enable "Comment Authorship"
2. Open attachment 195188 [details] from bug 161972
-> author info is visible only if you hover over the G6 cells comment indicator, not if you enable View - Comments.

Introduced for bug 156885 (based on a question how to remove meta data)

> -> author info is visible only if you hover over the ... cells
I expect complaints about the metadata making the view overly busy while on hover it has some value. But no strong objection, except when we talk about two options.

All this could be solved with a comments sidebar.
