It is present in current 24.8 but not in master: <https://help.libreoffice.org/24.8/en-US/text/scalc/01/func_unique.html> <https://help.libreoffice.org/master/en-US/text/scalc/01/func_unique.html> So, maybe this should be back-ported from master to the 24.8 branch for the next 24.8.x.
