Actual Results: The mouse cursor briefly displays a busy icon to show it's attempting to open LibreOffice, but other than that, nothing happens. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: If I attempt to repair LibreOffice by running the "LibreOffice_24.8.0_Win_x86-64.msi" installer and selecting the "Repair" option, it displays the below error saying the wizard was interrupted. LibreOffice 24.8.0.3 - Installation Wizard Installation Wizard Completed The wizard was interrupted before LibreOffice 24.8.0.3 could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again. Click Finish to exit the wizard.

I also renamed the "user" folder in "C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4" to "user-old", so that LibreOffice created a new user folder – however the issue still occurred. Therefore, I uninstalled and reinstalled LibreOffice to resolve the issue. cppu3.dll was digitally-signed and looks identical to the one after reinstalling LibreOffice, so I'm not sure what the root cause of this issue is.
