Description:
LibreOffice recently updated to a newer version.

However, now when trying to open the program, nothing happens.  Looking at the Windows Event logs, the below exception is stored – indicating an issue with cppu3.dll.

Steps to Reproduce:
Click the LibreOffice icon in the Windows Start menu to open LibreOffice (which runs "C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program\soffice.exe").

Alternatively, click the LibreOffice Writer icon in the Windows Start menu to open LibreOffice Writer (which runs ""C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program\swriter.exe"").

Actual Results:
The mouse cursor briefly displays a busy icon to show it's attempting to open LibreOffice, but other than that, nothing happens.

The exception code: 0xc0000005 (shown above) is stored in Windows Event logs.

Expected Results:
The LibreOffice programs should open.

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
If I attempt to repair LibreOffice by running the "LibreOffice_24.8.0_Win_x86-64.msi" installer and selecting the "Repair" option, it displays the below error saying the wizard was interrupted.

I also renamed the "user" folder in "C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4" to "user-old", so that LibreOffice created a new user folder – however the issue still occurred.

Therefore, I uninstalled and reinstalled LibreOffice to resolve the issue.

cppu3.dll was digitally-signed and looks identical to the one after reinstalling LibreOffice, so I'm not sure what the root cause of this issue is.
