Video showing the proposed guide

Currently in LO 24.8 it is possible to resize the comment sidebar in Writer. However, when you position the mouse over the right edge and start dragging, no visual feedback is provided, which feels a bit weird.

I propose we show a guide line while dragging to better show the user the new width and also to provide some sort of feedback that resizing will take place.

See attached video of what I'm proposing.

Don't see too much need for it, but OK since it is duped and you've an idea of how to implement.

I can confirm that the 24.8.2 release works properly.

Thanks for fixing this so quickly!
