Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable experimental mode
2. Open Writer with SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen
3. Insert a comment
4. Open the comment deck

-> List of comments is not displayed. it's not possible to expand it either. See image

It's the same with kf6. There's discussion about it only working in gtk3 in bug 162999.
