Description: If I customize a lexical index, adding an extra point for exemple after the page numbers, the style for main entry is not well applied. Steps to Reproduce: I'm sorry, my edition is French, but I can provide screen captures and exemple file if neccessary. 1. Create a lexical index, with several entries, some of them tagged as "main entry". 2. Customize index, adding an extra point after the page numbers 3. Update the index Actual Results: The style for "Main Entries" page numbers is not well applied, it is applied hald to two page numbers.
