How it looks after Special paste as RTF

If a multi level list is copied and pasted in RTF format, then it looks like the levels are lost, but upon clicking outside of the shape the levels are rendered correctly.

1. Open attachment 197213 [details] from bug 163598
2. Copy the 3 paragraphs from the top textbox
3. Click into the bottom shape and use Paste Special and RTF format
-> the 3 paragraphs seem to be all first level
4. Click outside of the shape
-> the second and third level paragraphs jump into the correct place
