The pop-up is asking to automatically send a report to https://crashreport.libreoffice.org/ Did you send it? Has the problem re-occurred?

AFAIK The problem is still there. My colleague asked a few days ago, if he can expect a solution in reasonable time

A solution can be provided, if your colleague submits the crash report. Then the appropriate ID can be added to the "Crash report or crash signature" field of this report.

Please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode

Opening Libre Office in safe mode caused again a program crash:

https://crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/crash_details/5358fad3-9ab3-4e30-bae4-a2066a69cd1f

After tried this twice I reinstalled libre office, but again the program crashed when opening a libre office file.
