Hand made example file

Attached hand made RTF file has a frame in its header in Word, but not in Writer.

If saved as DOCX in Word, the frame is also missing from Writer.

1. Open attached document
-> no frame object in header

seems to have started in 3.5, was good in 3.3 (surprisingly)
