Screenshot of Area properties dialog

Reproduction instructions:

1. Create a new document (e.g. a presentation, but could be a Text document)
2. Insert some shape, e.g. a elliptic disc
3. On the shape's context menu, choose Area...
4. In the dialog, in the Area tab, with "Color" clicked, observe the "New" the pane area under the "New" label.

Expected results:
The "Pick..." button is enabled

Actual results:
The "Pick..." button is disabled

No issue with WDM on Windows builds.
