Description Roman Kuznetsov 2024-12-03 07:53:04 UTC
Description:
Button Edit in central stack of new Macro Organizer dialog should work only for macro dialogs and should have name "Edit dialog"

Today it works even if you select module or library

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure you have experimental features enabled
2. Open Tools-Macros-Macro Manager
3. Select any Basic module on left side of the dialog
4. Press Edit button -> it opens Basic IDE with some macro -> it's unexpectedly for me

Actual Results:
Button edit in central stack of buttons opens Basic IDE if you select some Basic module

Expected Results:
Button edit in central stack of buttons should work only if macro dialog is selected and should have name "Edit dialog"

Reproducible: Always

The behavior of the Edit button opening the Basic IDE for Basic libraries, modules and dialogs follows the behavior of the Basic Macro Organizer dialog Modules, Dialogs, and Libraries tab pages. Please see: Menu > Tools > Macros > Organize Dialogs...

I have no opinion on what the behavior should be.
